Missy Lane's Assembly Room

Former Maitre d’Hotel and Cocktail Progenitor, Adrian Lindsay is an industry professional known for creating eye-catching cocktails and using unusual ingredients. Adrian brings his expertise to Missy Lane's as the Bar Manager. 

 

Adrian has been featured in several print magazines for his expertise and creativity including Durham Magazine and Indy Week. Adrian also designed cocktails for Cuisine Noir's 2021-23 print issues.

Adrian's cocktails have also been featured at 2020 Tales of the Cocktail, along with Adrian serving as a panelist at the event.

Adrian has also appeared in “The Hook”, a PBS pilot starring Chef Ricky Moore.
