Chefs Ash and Haze have crafted a menu that reimagines Mexican street food with elevated flair. Think crispy ground beef tostadas, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly pineapple tacos, fire-kissed pineapple chili wings, and sweet churros dipped in rich chocolate sauce. Pair your plate with a regionally inspired cocktail, and let your senses roam.

As you dine, the sultry sounds of Symbiosis — with David Wintermute on bass and Orion Weaver on sax — will fill the room, blending modern jazz with echoes of Latin soul to set the perfect sonic backdrop.
